Fees Required Before Moving Into A Property-
£ 58.00 Referencing fee per applicant and/or guarantor.
£173.00 Tenancy set up fee per property.
In order for you to secure a property, we require a holding deposit. This will include any referencing fees and our administration fee. This payment needs to be cleared funds before referencing can commence. Please note that after cleared payment has been received, we expect application forms to be completed within 48 hours.
A holding deposit is non-refundable and will be taken to cover any administration charges incurred throughout the application process as listed above. Instances such as failure to complete the application forms within the agreed set timescales, failure to meet referencing requirements or a decision to withdraw from the property are all covered by our no refund policy.
Please note, a holding deposit is fully refundable in the instance of the landlord/s changing their minds.
At the point your application has been accepted and you go on to pass the referencing process, the holding deposit is deducted from your total.
Rent is required monthly in advance.
A property deposit is required and the amount is equal to one month's rent plus £200.00. This total figure would be made clear to you on each property.
Please note, if pets are included within the tenancy a larger deposit may be required depending on the number of pets and type and is down to the discretion and decision of the landlord.
